Top Hat for Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1 with CANVAS

I designed and printed this modular top cover for my Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1 with CANVAS, using PETG-CF.

The cover uses separate corner pillars and wall sections with a grid of mounting holes, a CANVAS-side housing, joining rails, and printed connectors. The photographs show the assembled cover from the front, CANVAS side, and open top.

Project quantities

Print notes

I printed the cover in PETG-CF. The supplied project uses a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.36 mm layers, 2 walls and 15% gyroid infill, with manual tree supports enabled. It still contains mixed PLA/PETG-CF presets: select your PETG-CF settings for the relevant objects before slicing. Import STLs in millimetres at 100%; custom connector scaling is already included. The 3MF retains the plate layout and slicer settings. This is an ElegooSlicer project, not a tested Bambu Studio print profile.

Check the sliced preview, supports and connector fit before printing the full set. The straight connector retains six zero-area source triangles, documented in the parts guide. Quantities reproduce the saved project; a detailed assembly hardware list is not supplied.

Other accessories visible in the photos, including tool holders, spool holders, lighting and coloured upper trim, are not included as separate files.
