Do not print in PLA. It will deform as the burr gets warm from friction during grinding.
I've tried most of the models online, but most didn't feel 'perfect' to me. I've created this one with a few improvements compared to the stock ring:
More height so at coarser grind settings, no grounds can escape through the sides
Tabs that go in the big screw thread are a bit thicker and wider, to reduce movement from vibrations
Metal part is very secure and doesn't move a lot in the ring but is easily removable
Fusion parameters
You can change these parameters in Fusion to suit your needs. Some like to make a coarser setting actually grind espresso fine, this can be achieved with a negative number in grind_size_deviation. For the Espresso (SuperFine) version, this was set to -3 mm.
My part was printed in PETG, 0.1mm layer height on a Prusa Mini.
Assembly
Remove any plastic hairs or pieces that were created during the printing process. Don't want plastic in your coffee do you?
Insert the metal burr from the side of the printed part.
Drop the burr/ring assembly into your grinder as usual. Doesn't fit? Try printing with x/y compensation.
