The orange part is in a separate upload (https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/19209-prusa-i3-mk3s-side-frame-holder-rahmenhalter-seitl) and screws on the main part with two M3 screws. It hold it to the frame while the main body rests on the PSU.
