Taking the Phillips Hue Switch UK light switch cover on Thingverse by cgcrute as a starting point, I reimplemented a new version in FreeCAD that took in to account the dimensions of the Hue Dimmer v2 and the double switch dimensions of the double light switch plates used in my house.
Models are printed with 3DTomorrow's BioPro with variable layer height from 0.07 to 0.25, depending on detail, an infill of 50% for structure, with ironing on the top surfaces.
Models then finished by spraying with
JENOLITE Plastic Primer, then Plasti-Kote Metallic Brushed Nickel before fitting a 19mm x 2mm N42 neodymium magnet.
