Our veterinarian prescribed use of a standard asthma inhaler for a cat suffering from respiratory issues. Use of the inhaler required use of empty TP roll held over the inhaler mouthpiece. Even with a very compliant cat the process took three hands. This adapter allows the TP tube to be easily affixed to the inhaler mouthpiece.

I did consider creating a one piece adapter that flared out to eliminate the need for the TP roll but was concerned PLA might not interact with the medicine. I've included the OpenScad model that could be used as start point for a integrated adapter and tube.
