I decided to revive my old Ender 3 and install Klipper using a spare SKR Pico and Raspberry Pi I had laying around. I designed this replacement electronics housing that fits these two boards stacked on top of each other using 15mm standoffs or the included 15mm spacers. There is a place on the side to mount the stock Ender 3 controller fan. I am not using the stock display so I removed it and designed a simple endcap to cover the exposed 4040 extrusion where the display used to be mounted. M3x5x4 heatset inserts are inserted into the bottom base piece to mount the SKR Pico and also to attach the top cover
Update Dec 4, 2022:
I extended the size of the case to give a little more room inside. Two top covers are now included: one that is completely closed off and one that has a cutout for the Z endstop switch wire.
