This model is printed with Polymaker PolyTerra PLA, after the base and wood disk have been decorated with gold paint.
Base and Top are printed with supports on build plate only, all components are printed with 0.2 mm layer height.
You can choose two type of top:
- Top with normal holes: for self-tapping screws and wooden plate;
- Top with hexagon holes: for hexagon nut and plate with through holes.
For the plate there are an STL file for printing and also a DXF and PDF files with all dimensions, but you can choose the external diameter and geometry you want.
If your print is too tight you may find it difficult to insert the bottom bearing, in thia case you can use a piece with diameter of 20mm for pull the bearing inside.
