I built a box insert using the excellent interlocking cups and lids here:

I used:
- 2 of 2x1 36mm
- 1 of 2x1 20mm
- 5 of 1x1 36mm
- 4 of 1x1 20mm
Then to fill out the remaining space in the box I built some custom card trays for the three decks of cards. The result is a game I can lift out of the box, place on the table and play with no setup. Great game it is too.
I'd recommend using variable layer height in Prusa Slicer to get the angled base nice and smooth. The prints shown here used the default automatic options.
