I have two variants, one that is true to the original but needs soldering and rerouting of the cables.
And another one which should allow for the cables to be passed through without soldering.
However you need to remove the old piece without damaging the cables inside. I added images for the print orientation.
The ones labeled no solder are the above mentioned onces.
