Corky Urban handle bar mount

I was unsatisfied with the original mount of the corky urban mirror. Its bayonet mechanism is to flimsy and you can easily unwind/loosen it when riding the bike and grabbing the mirror by accident. So I adapted my handle bar plug (see link below) to be able to hold the corky urban. This hold is now way tighter and the mirror does not move at all when the screw is properly tightened.

Inner diameter of handle bar is 17mm. See the drawings for more detailed dimensions. If you want different diameters please let me know and I create them for you.

Print advice:

I printed this part on the angled stump with massive supports. The reasons is, the big diameter has a big concave indent/radius, to make room for the mirror. To be able to get a good print result regarding the radius I choose this print direction. I also tested it with the bigger diameter parallel to the build plate, but then you get steps in the concave indent and this looks not so nice.

Be aware, printing it like I did results in a lot of cleaning work to remove the support (30% zigzag). The part looks bad from the side facing the build plate but it does not matter once it is installed.
