I decided to use an oddly sized (Metric) aluminium profile for my mitre saw fence which was juuuuust the wrong size to use the superb Jonathan Katz-Moses No-deflection Stop Block which I use on various other tools and fences.

This is a spacer that allows for an offset of 2.8mm which works perfectly with my 80mm aluminium profile. It should work with any Metric sized fences.
This version is designed to allow for my M5 screws and to slot into the top of the profile. I printed it with Nylon to make it nice and slippy and it works like a charm!
