This was printed on the Monoprice 3D printer with Hatchbox 1.75 mm True White PLA. No supports are needed, just make sure you have vase mode turned on! For the paint job, use cobalt blue (or any other colour) and hit a wet paint brush against a pencil to get the cool water drop-looking affect.
