The GoPro Mount should keep the camera secure without any velcro or rubberbands.
I would still recommend to put something arround it, if the fit isn't as snug as in my case.
I usually use that mount for cinematic FPV flying, cause it's easy to slide the GoPro in and out of the mount to take a look at the recorded footage.
