I liked the design of "Gardening leaf rake with replaceable teeth " by https://www.printables.com/social/5644-darazsweb but I do not have a Gardena pole. This adapter will connect to a standard broom/paint screw pole which uses ¾" 5 TPI ACME threads.
The adapter needs to be printed vertically, which is not the best direction for a strong part, but that's the only way the threads can be printed. A 31.2 mm long piece of steel rod with 3 mm diameter or less need to be epoxied inside the adapter's hole (see images) for better durability.
