DPH5005 Enclosure (customizable)

My version of a DPH5005 case. It is done in OpenScad so it is easily modified. All connections are in the front and rear panels.This has a 4 jack powerpole input on rear. The top two inputs are used as an on/standby. I use an old XBOX 12V power supply. The switch is used to connect the XBOX 5V to the standby line. The bottom powerpoles are the 12V input. The rear panel has a cutout and a mount for the the micro usb communication module. The front panel has a powerpole connection for the output.

Note: the LCD panel is a little tight. In goes in easy but it is a little tough getting back out.

Notes:

I used 3 perimeters. The power pole mounts should be printed with 100% infill. No supports needed for anything.

Post-Printing =============

To assemble you will need:

1) print: 1 front panel, 1 rear panel, 1 top, 1 bottom
2) print: 2 single PP mounts, 2 double PP mounts

14 M3x8 screws, 14 M3 brass inserts

2x 2mm self theading screws for the usb module

1 DPH5005-USB 50V/5A with USB interface
