I modeled this for my printer, which has a 300x300mm bed. If you resize, make sure you don't scale the z axis. The colours are achieved using pause at layer height. I find having a layer of grey on top of matte navy blue gives it a light blueish colour. I included two versions, one with 0.1mm layer height and the other that is designed for 0.2mm layer height. I believe the 0.1mm layer height makes the light blue (grey + blue) colour more obvious.
Note that I set the initial layer and the layer height to be the same (either 0.2 or 0.1 depending on version)
Print instructions:
For 0.2mm logo
Layers 1-2 = Grey
Layers 3-4 = Navy Blue
Layers 5-7 = Grey (or light blue if you have it)
Layers 8-9 = Gold/Yellow
For 0.1mm logo (the one in the picture)
Layers 1-3 = Grey
Layers 4-5 = Navy Blue
Layers 6-7 = Grey or light blue
Layers 8-10 = Gold/Yellow
