I would suggest printing this in a higher temp filament like ASA ABS etc to be able to withstand the heat inside the truck on a hot day. PLA won't stand a chance. I printed in .2mm layers, but you could probably go higher. I also went with 20% cubic infill, 4 walls, 6 top and 6 bottom layers.
