The hole in this holder is designed to hold an LED flashlight with a 19mm diameter body, specifically a Fenix E16 LED flashlight. The latest E18R may be a little large since the diameter in that body is 22mm, so you may need to use Tinkercad to increase the diameter of the hole.
I printed the one in the pic using Paramount PETG army green.
I also included the gcode file for the settings I used.
