We have a problem with Pil Bugs eating our seedlings, so the wife wanted to put out some beer traps to reduce their numbers. We live in a very wet area, so I decided to over-engineer a solution.
Enter the capped pill Bug beer trap.
The idea is to place the base beneath the soil and add some beer. Then put the cap on top so that the rain doesn't dilute your trap beer. you want those bugs to get nice and drunk. Also, they're not worth the expensive stuff, so use the cheap beer.
