A semi automatic door knocker. Turn the knob and let the woodpecker hammer on the door.
Print instructions
Required additional parts:
- 2 M3x10mm screws with countersunk head
- 5 M3x8-12mm screws, head shape irrelevant
- a rubber band
Assembly
- Attach the arm to the top of the body using the screws with countersunk heads.
- Connect the lever arm with the mount using the small pin. Make sure the body can rotate easily.
- Screw the bottom of the body to the top.
- Push the beak into the head
- Insert the push arm in its slot in the mount.
- Put the gear in place and push the knob through the hole in the mount and into the gear.
- Add 3 screws to the holes in the mount and lever arm and put the rubber band around them.
