This calibration cube features:

  • Blank wall for testing surface deviations (ringing, over- and under-extrusion etc.)

  • Detailed bridging length test (10, 20, 36mm).

  • Detailed overhang angles test (78°, 67°, 56°, 45°, 33°, 22°, 11°).

  • 2 columns completely separated from the main body for stringing and layer shift testing.

  • Tiny side detail outset featuring an image of a golden retriever (Except for the eyes).

  • Tiny side words inset into the model displaying the words ”Retriever”.

  • Letters and shapes on the bottom for bed adhesion testing.

  • Sliders on top for 0.3mm and 0.2mm tolerance testing (0.1mm, 0.15mm, and 0.4mm version will be available soon).

  • Top slightly slanted to clearly see layer steps.

  • 7 different sized circles, again testing small details.

  • Measure the dimensional accuracy since this is still a 20mm cube (Because the top is slightly slanted, measure the Z axis on the lowest side of the slant).

All of these features are packed in a compact 20mm by 20mm cube, and can be printed 2 times faster than a 3D Benchy*.

* Printed with Bambulabs X1C, which took 23 minutes, Ender 3 and Prusa MK3 will take about 40 minutes.
