Builders of guitars may need to apply a radius to their fingerboards. Part of the process includes sanding that radius. This is an interchangeable fretboard radius sanding system that I created for that purpose… I abandoned it in favor for something more simple, but thought people might enjoy this as a printing project.
You'll need to print the handle and as many of the different radiuses components as you may need.
- 4 M6, 12mm long Thumbscrews
- A pack of Brass Knurled Nuts Threaded Heat Embedment Nut (M6x10x7)
- Sandpaper
