This is based on the:
Quest 2 Headphone Adapter (Sony ZX110)

It slides in the side "Rail" of the headstrap so they can move back and forwards to adjust to your ears
They should fit fairly tight on your ears if they are too loose these headphones sound quite tinny
You can carefully cut off the rubber piece on the cable and then remove the earpads and the two screws under them to open the housing of the headphones wich allows you to pull the cable into the housing where you can tie a new knot on the cable and coil it up inside (leave about 30cm/1foot for the left and about 60cm/2foot for the right side) so its stored safely and not dangling around (you can also cut and resolder the wires but this is the easiest way imo)
