This is a mold to cast a Roman-style column or pedestal. The flex parts are meant to be printed in TPU or similar flexible filament. The other parts can be printed in PLA.
The flexible parts are meant to be printed without supports. The upper section of the mold sits on top of the lower ring portions. I suggest you use petroleum jelly as a release agent.
