I used the 3d models from “3DS - The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D - The Models Resource” to make a wearable mask. I had to split the model to make it fit my ender3 v2.
The two parts of the mask are held together by two 8mm(diameter)x 6mm (thickness) magnets. Or you can glue them.
To wear it, you need to print the attachment piece 3 times (two for the sides and one on the top of the mask part)
