I like the idea of the original revo connect by E3D, but I disliked the loose fit of the connections. So I tinkered a little around and came up with a thight fit, very solid connection.
Hints for printing:
- Orientation should be changed. Print stand up as finally used :)
- No support needed.
- I've printed with 0.4 nozzle
The connection is meant to be tight fit (Offsets are: 0.15 and 0.1 mm), with my print setup the connection still slides quite well without force.
