Speed stacking cup set

Cup(s) and holder for speed stacking cup challenge/game.

Printed with 0.6mm nozzle (as I already switched from 0.4mm one), PLA material (your settings may vary). After almost 10 test prints I have dialed my print settings (test prints were printed too fast or too hot and wall sometimes collapsed). My advice is to slow down spiralise/vase mode print and increase wall thickness with printing the cup(s).

You need 12 cups for the “game”. You can stack 12 cups and put them on the bolt with screw to cary them out. Cups are made with “official” dimensions, although the shape of the wall was designed by trial and error - to avoid cups stucking/jamming together. They stack together but not jam.

  • Print in spiralise/vase mode (check your slicer options) and 3 bottom layers (for higher stiffnes)
  • No brim, skirt or supports
  • Print 12 copies
  • My print settings: (~45min/20g per cup)
    • 0.6mm nozzle
    • 0.8 wall thicknes
    • 0.25mm layer thickness
    • 210C hotend, 50C bed
    • 30mm/s (slower than my other vase mode prints)

  • Sides of the bolt is intentionally cutted to avoid supports, print it layinig flat.
