I remixed this design to use less materials and also fit on an Ender 3 Pro bed. The original was designed to utilize https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4841117 as a spool holder. Devrandom listed this as being able to fit the Creality enclosure which has a 16mm diameter pipe but the knockoff NA Ender3 Warm Enclosure ( https://a.co/d/9bAT0Br ) I purchase which has 17mm fits perfectly as well.
Print: 20% infill in the orientation it's already loaded in, supports aren't necessary but I used them anyways.
