I bought a cheap USB port to replace the right side useless covered accessory port in my jeep JK. The kit did not include enough parts to secure the ports in the accessory hole. There was a large nut for rear retention, but the ports were not flanged enough to fit the front side.
I did not attempt to perfectly fit the JK dash indent (see pics). Instead I simply made a ring that would retain the USB ports without falling through. Feel free to remix this file to the corrected size for the dash, I only spent a few seconds modeling it.
Printed at 100% infill is probably overkill but only took 15min @0.2mm. Choose your favorite plastic for the inside of a hot car.
