It's a holder for a showerhead so I can get the shower head a little higher and more center in the shower cabinet.

Printed in generic PETg on standard PrusaSlicer settings. It has held up perfectly for about two years now and still looks new.
It is a good idea to print the screw at 45 degrees to make the threads as strong as possible. The screw can be a little tight fit, but it should go fine.
Small update:
I've made a new model that is functionally identical to the old one. The only real difference is that it has another type of screw and I'm now including a .f3d file so it's much easier to make alterations to the model to fit your personal needs.
