I use the Freeman KEYQC3 Pull Apart Coupler Keychain (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077CSHG3N/) for many of my keys. I typically attach the female end to my house keys and use the male ends for my car, motorcycle, and bicycle keys. This means I usually need more male ends than female ends.
Instead of purchasing several key couplers and discarding/stowing the female ends, it seemed more economical to model and print the male end.
This model is parametric. I'm unaware of other key couplers like this, but in case they exist, hopefully you'll be able to scale the model to fit your coupler.
