It is based from this great model from zoly15 ( big thanks to you ) for ender 3
( You can follow the instructions ) :

-More improvement will be added in the future. Notice a lot of space inside the psu cover for adding a lot of thinks ( electronics, relay , buck converter …)
-You must use heat-set inserts to assemble the parts : M3 bolt OD 4.5
-You can add anti-vibration pads underneath each feet.
