While the Mulchmaster HM64A lawn-mower has a hinge looking quite robust it was worn out after some years of usage.
As I did not need the hinge in general I designed these inserts to lock it.
Printing Instructions
The model file has thin links of 0.1mm width. They are just needed to design all 4 parts together in one model with FreeCAD. They will disappear when slicing with a nozzle > 0.2mm.
For each hinge you will need 2 sets.
Filament: I recommend PETG or ABS.
Support: not needed
Infill: 100%
