This spice rack is part of the The Dowel design series.
To assemble the rack, you will need 3 planks 2.5" x 1/4" and 1 plank 1.5" x 1/4" (vertical support at the back of the rack; optional) (source from HomeDepot or Lowe's). Due to a slight variation in sizes you might want to test print the opening slot before/after buying the planks and scale the model slightly.
Cut the planks to the desired length (make it at least 1/4" shorter than the width of the cabinet to fit it inside). Wall-to-wall racks usually cannot be inserted without removing the cabinet doors.
For the cabinets up to 15", print 2 side pieces ( mirror one in the slicer to get left and right sides ). For wider cabinets print one of the middle support pieces.
Optionally you can print 2 pieces with passthrough holes and use them as sides.
Slide the wooden planks into corresponding slots and (optionally) glue the assembly.
Physical dimensions of the slots for wood boards:
base: 65.5 x 6.8 mm ( roughly 2 1/2 x 1/4" )
support: 39.1 x 6.8 mm ( roughly 1 1/2 x 1/4 " )
Overall physical dimensions of the sides: 201 x 140 mm
