Took a picture, traced and modeled in Solidworks for cheap knock box damper. Mine wore out after few uses due to soft material used, so made one in 95A TPU with 75% infill. No supports required. Print flat side facing down.
Image attached is the one this damper works with. Tolerances are a bit tight, need some force to push it in but thats about it.
