The hinge pegs eventually broke on my WMB500 BLACK+DECKER Belgian Waffle Maker so I designed new ones in Fusion 360. I've tried other 3D models of hinge pegs but they weren't sized correctly and broke on installation. These snap in and work great (at least for me).
I recommend printing it in ASA or other material that can handle higher temperatures. I printed mine in Prusament Galaxy Black ASA.
