Dieser Leuchtturm ist eines der Wahrzeichen von Bremerhaven. Er steht auf dem Willy-Der Leuchtturm Bremerhaven (auch Alter Leuchtturm, Großer Leuchtturm, Simon-Loschen-Leuchtturm oder Loschenturm) steht als Bremerhaven Oberfeuer am Neuen Hafen. Erbaut 1853–1855 ist es der älteste noch in Betrieb befindliche Festland-Leuchtturm an der Deutschen Bucht und zählt zu den Wahrzeichen Bremerhavens. Das Bauwerk steht seit 1984 unter Denkmalschutz.
This lighthouse is a landmark of Bremerhaven/Germany. It was constructed in the years 1853–1855 and since 1984 it is a protected monument.

The studs or beams at the top are a bit critical when scaling down the model. There is a parameter in the beginning of the file to adjust the thickness of the railing. The stl-files named \_base and \_top provide a split version of the model if you want to print it higher than your printer would allow.The scale of the model in the files is 10:1, 1 mm in the file corresponds to 1 cm in reality.
In order to print it at scale you will need to scale it again in your slicer:
- 0.8% in the slicer will give you a 1:1250 scale model
- 6.25% in the slicer will give you a 1:160 scale model (N scale)
- 8.33% in the slicer will give you a 1:120 scale model (TT scale)
- 10% in the slicer will give you a 1:100 scale model
- 11.5% in the slicer will give you a 1:87 scale model (HO scale)
How I Designed This
The model is based on dozens of photos, both own and photos found on the internet which show the lighthouse from different angles. Yet still some details might not be correctly covered, particularly on the north side where I have found only a few photos.
