This is a under-desk mounting bracket for the Dell WD15 USB-C dock. This model leaves a bit of space on the top for cable routing, and the power supply bracket has some hooks for additional help with cable management.
It's a good idea to leave a bit of space on the top and bottom for airflow; both of these devices get warm (though not nearly warm enough that you'd need to worry about the PLA deforming.
Holes are 0.150" in diameter with a counterbore (flathead screws will sit flush). eShown here in Flashforge Rainbow PLA.
