This will be the third version in my long line of X-wing storage units. I am also using it to make small 50x50 boxes to store the tokens and such.
It should be noted that the stacking feature isn't designed to snap or anything. It is just to keep the boxes from tumbling off of each other when stored in a carrying case.
I personally like 3mm as the thickness. I find it gives just the right amount of stability and strength to prevent warping. My carrying case tends to hang out in my car.
