Spacers for a Laser Engraver to allow for better consistency between jobs.
I printed these Upside down printing the numbers first, then without removing the print, printing the block right over it. The text is the same size as it's corresponding hole in it's block. I printed both the text and block at 0.1mm layer height.
To get that effect I:
- Imported both models into the slicer and aligned both together.
- Deleted the Block and Sliced and Saved the Text
- Undo the delete and delete the Text, then sliced and saved the Block
- Print the Text
- WITHOUT removing the text, print the Block
- Remove when done. :)
