This is a hook for hanging tomato plants. Simply fix the cord through one of the holes and tie a knot (for me it was enough to just tie a knot that grabs on to the v-slot) and wrap the cord using the v-slots. The last wind goes up and forward through the lower hook. The cord is the fixed on the bottom of the tomato plant and wrapped around it to the top. The upper hook is used for hanging it up to some wire (the wire should be able to support the weight of the tomatoes).
