I’ve lost the original rubber grommet for dropper post cable routing on Surly Wednesday, so I’ve designed one with built-in channel for bowden. Frame eyelet size is 17x8 mm, so this model may fit other frames with similar eyelet.
Printed from FLEX TPU with 90A hardness. Sliced with 1 perimeter, 10 % infill, 2 bottom and 3 top layers. When printed with higher infill/perimeters, it was practically impossible to install into the frame.
If you’ll find it hard to install, use razor blade to remove some of the edge on the part of the grommet that goes into the frame.
