When moving the extruder motor to the x axis carriage there is a hole left where it was mounted. This provides a place to tie the hot end cables down and covers the holes. The cable is oriented vertically so it does not droop down and hit the print surface.
Use 4 M3x8 screws to thread through the mount bracket and into the plastic.
This was designed for Ender 3 V2 but should work for any machine with a similar extruder motor bracket.
