I needed a solution to the wands for my pressure washer, so I designed them.
The clips contain a countersunk hole for a screw, so a hole needs to be drilled into the pressure washer handle for each part. I used spare automotive interior screws that I had, which appear to be size #8.
My pressure washer model is Westinghouse WPX3200. The handle diameter is 1.275 inches (32.385 mm).
Thingiverse user Dohazzard posted a Make on Thingiverse and reports the holders also fit Ryobi electric pressure washers.
The wand diameter is 0.506 inches (12.852 mm).
I printed these parts in Prusament Galaxy Black PLA using the 0.30 mm Draft settings, and they are plenty strong enough. The upper clip has a strong grip on the wand, but not so strong that the wand can't be removed.
Update 24 May 2024: By request, I uploaded files without screw holes so that the model could be remixed to include holes for zip ties.
