Takes a 8x3mm neodymium magnet in the top of the thumbpad (I just had some laying around, but these should work: https://a.co/d/iS8znQm).
Split into 2 parts so you can print without supports (note: the collar should be printed with the triangles aimed up). The magnet will hold the thumbpad in place on the collar, but if you want to be extra sure you could glue them together (before installing it on the controller).
