Hawke Telescopic sight scope turret cap, for Hawke Varmint series telescopic sights but may well fit other models with ~23mm turrets.
The internal thread was custom-specified in Fusion360 as an additional IsoMetricprofile M23x0.6mm. This may not be the actual thread, but fits very well. The Thread designation is included in the .txt file. You can add this to Fusion360 using the below guide:

Notes:
Print at 0.1mm layer height on detail setting to get the fine thread. No supports needed if printed flat side down.
In PrusaSlicer, paint the entire interior threaded area with Block Seam. This way the seam is randomly dispersed throughout the threaded area, instead of being concentrated in one spot, which might cause a discontinuity in the thread. In PrusaSlicer 2.5 the exterior seam is still in a nice straight line when done this way. This is not essential and it still fits fine without any seam painting.
PLA works too, if you keep your scope dry.
