Printing:
This stand has been designed to print without supports. There are a few places in which the printer will ‘bridge’ in order to avoid supports. Simply remove these with a sharp tool if required.
If you're printing with three or more walls, it will not require a lot of infill. However, you may want to consider a higher density in the base for added weight.

Print Orientation:
1. Base - Print with bottom on print bed
2. Stem - Print with screw hole on build plate. The hole for the nut will bridge. Remove hole material by screwing in the M3 screw or removing with hobby knife. You can also print this tall with the “ribbed" end on the build plate. You will get a much better print, but it may take much longer to print.
3. “Fork” - Print with flat top on build plate and the large hole pointed up.

Assembly:
Two M3 - 16mm socket head screws and two M3 nuts are used to attach the top to the stand arm and to adjust the stand height.
Start by sliding the nuts into the holes in the stand and base assuring they orient themselves into the correct position. Insert the socket screws and gently tighten.
If you can't find the right hardware or prefer not to use them, the stand can be glued together permenently.
To adjust the height of the stand push or pull it into the base. There are nubs that will “click” as you move it up and down. Once the desired position is found, gently tighten the screw at the back to lock it in place.

Considerations & Issues:
Based on your printer setup you may find issues with fitting. Some minor sanding / adjusting may be required.
This was designed to use metric screws. You may be able to adjust the print to accommodate Imperial screws.
