It's a 3D scan of the Meike MK320. I focused on capturing the curves and shape of the head and less on the back interface. I've used this model to create my own diffuser mounts such as this one.
The model should be scaled 1:1 with real life but double check that the width is about 64mm at the pivot once you import it.
