Tiny clamp for modellers
Two identical parts per clamp plus a length of rubber band.
Clamp the parts together in a vice (just makes it easier to…) and tie a cut rubber band round the notches (as per the photo). A tiny drop of superglue (CA) holds the knot to the printed clamp. Trim off the surplus ends.
The stronger the rubber band (or the tighter you tie it) the more pressure the clamps will grip.
Printed in PETG (but would work fine with any material) at a layer height of 0.3mm with no skirt or brim.
The files include 1 pair and 10 pairs. Each pair should take about 20 mins to print. Times and filament usage are noted in the 3mf filenames.
You should be able to scale these up (or down) without restriction as the pieces are held together by the band and aren't hinged as such.
