This is a funnel specifically designed for the Xmax v3 dry herb heater.

Recommended Print Settings:
- Around 0.175mm Layer Height
- .4mm nozzle
- 3 wall lines
- Brim or Raft Enabled
- Generate Support Enabled
Post Print Processing:
Use a knife or tweezers to remove all of the support material and plastic hairs to prevent inhalation of microplastics.
If the inside of the funnel is not completely smooth I recommend using sandpaper or a small coin to rub down/sand any high spots.
After all of the debris/dust is washed off, the funnel is ready for use.
Customize to perfectly fit your grinder:
If your grinder outer diameter does not match any of the STL files, you can follow these steps to parametrically change the funnel size.
- Download XmaxV3Funnel.f3d
- Open the file with Fusion 360.
- Select Modify → Change Parameters.
- Under User Parameters → GrinderDiamater, modify the Expression to the outer diameter of your grinder then click OK. I recommend adding 0.3mm to your measurement to allow for a low friction slip fit.
- Now in the browser on the left, go to Bodies then right click XmaxV3Funnel → Save As Mesh.
- Under format select STL(Binary). Under Unit Type select millimeter.
- Now click OK and save to somewhere accessible.
Now you have a custom STL file that after slicing and printing should perfectly fit your grinder.
